Welcome to Vulnerability of the Heart

Life is Valuable

As it’s name suggests this blog is about being vulnerable. As humans, we can have a tendency to hide our brokenness. I have discovered that it is our brokenness that God longs to see, love and heal. This is my journey of discovering the freedom of being broken and vulnerable in God.

What is the purpose of my blog? To find the light in the dark. To share a message of hope, love and freedom. To express the value of life;  the importance of our significance;  to reflect on the beauty that is around us; and to explore new possibilities that are before us.  I believe we all have value, a value that is given to us by a sovereign, loving God.  Understanding God’s immense love for us, I believe, is essential to finding meaning,  overcoming difficulties and building healthy, meaningful relationships.

I saw you on another blog, Saints in Training, along with your reply. And I must tell you, I could wholeheartedly identify with it. That’s what led me here. God bless you lady. 😊❤

Amen to that… It’s amazing when we start to discover how God values us, and created us for a purpose (especially if we haven’t felt valued before). Looking forward to reading more of your blogs 🙂

    • Very true, learning how much God valued me changed the way I looked at God, myself, and others. To be honest, it was a bit of a shock to realise God loved me, especially since I didn’t like myself. I look forward to us growing in God together :).
