God is preparing his daughters hearts

We are coming into a time where God will restore the men of Issachar to his Church (1 Chron 12:32 – men who know the times/seasons and what to do). This is a part of his preparation for his ‘new, restored church’. He is restoring the balance that his church needs. The balance of both men and women moving strongly, actively, and in harmony in his church. While some may have seen this done on a small scale, God is looking for this to be fulfilled in his greater church (Joel 2:28-29). The church has gone through a time of male prominence and in recent times moved into female prominence. This past season of women arising has been important in drawing his daughters, who were in hiding, out. God has been active in restoring women to his church and providing them the opportunity to be who they are in him. However, God isn’t settling for a lop-sided focus of his church. His ultimate goal is to have both his sons and daughters healed, active in his church, restored, showing his love and shining his glory. God pointed out to me that in his restoration of the men of Issachar to the church there will be a shift that will occur. As a result, for some women this shift will become a hindrance to their faith. Many women have had to arise in the absence of men being active in the church. With God’s son’s arising there will be movement to re-instate his son’s. God is not saying his daughters will be removed from their God-given roles (their expression of who they are in him), but rather he is pointing out that a change is necessary to make way for his sons to arise to their God-given roles.

To prepare his daughters heart, God is actively revealing strongholds that would become stumbling blocks. He showed me an image of many women (particularly in leadership) in spiritual bondage. This bondage had to do with the source of their strength, protection and courage. Despite God appointing these women to leadership, many have had to struggle and endure abuse from religious men and women and enemy attack. Their right to be in their God-appointed roles has been questioned and undermined. As a result of this unjust abuse and struggle, some women have found their strength, courage and protection in something other then God and as a result have become spiritually bound. When God revealed this to me I was reminded of my own personal struggle to not be hidden and how difficult it has been for me. God brought to light my own bondage that resulted from it. He revealed areas where I had to forgive and renounce my fleshly, not of God, spiritual strength, courage and protection.

I believe that God is actively revealing in his daughter’s this brokenness. He is revealing it to bind the stronghold and loose his daughters to his freedom. God is wanting to restore his courage and strength, and be his daughters protection (Ps 46). He is desiring for his daughters to receive the revelation of his son, Jesus, as Commander of his Army; the one who fights for us!

“Here he stands!
The Commander!
The mighty Lord of Angel Armies is on our side!
The God of Jacob fights for us!” (Ps 46:11 TPT).

He is desiring his daughters to trust him with the injustice they have experienced. He has seen this injustice and wants to restore them. He is asking his daughters to trust in his protection and find their courage and strength in him. He is asking for them to relinquish their own strength, speak out forgiveness, to have a repentant heart and journey with him through their pain.

God is inviting his daughters to be open with him and allow him to test their hearts in this area. He is restoring both his daughters and his sons to his church; his new, restored church. A church that isn’t powered by it’s own strength or the enemies, but is empowered by his Holy Spirit. He is looking to restore ALL of his children, whether young or old, male or female, to who they are in him. To reveal and empower them in their God-given purpose. Because of this restoration, churches and nations will be powerfully touched by his love and his salvation.

The Lord Will Pour Out His Spirit

“And it shall come to pass afterward,
that I will pour out my Spirit on all flesh;
your sons and your daughters shall prophesy,
your old men shall dream dreams,
and your young men shall see visions.

Even on the male and female servants
in those days I will pour out my Spirit.” Joel 2:28-29

About Vulnerability of the heart

I am a wife, a mother, and a treasured child of God. My Christian faith is my source of strength. I’ve fallen into the depths of despair and been carried out of it in the loving arms of God. By his grace I have been healed. God has taken me on an incredible journey of discovering his love and faithfulness. I believe in a merciful God who has never left me. He is forever faithful.
